RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you are always satisfied with your Uplift Skincare products, however, if for any reason you do need to return your product, please contact Uplift Skincare at email@example.com.
GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Uplift Skincare will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to
alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Uplift Skincare will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Uplift Skincare will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund we will provide an online store credit for the full value of your purchase.
If you wish to return something you must contact us before you return the item to obtain the appropriate Product Return form.
Uplift Skincare cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be within 14 days of purchase.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Fastway Couriers. We will always endeavour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Fastway Couriers on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Please be aware that large international orders can be subject to customs charges, and it is your responsibility to look into this before ordering.
METHOD OF REFUND
In the event of a refund, Uplift Skincare will provide your refund through your original payment method.
